Turning Ideas into Reality

I'm Simone. I'm a Product Discovery Expert.

I move entrepreneurs and founders from the hustle and chaos of launching ideas, to a product that can grow, mature, or adapt when the market demands it.

About Me

I studied engineering. I think in systems, not features.

I've spent over 20 years in corporate, working across AdTech, MarTech, Publishing, Broadcast, Commerce, Insurance, Banking, and Automotive.

Always in digital products, across a genuine breadth of sectors.

That's given me expertise across three disciplines:

  • systems thinking,

  • product strategy, and

  • customer experience.

It's what makes me a discovery expert.

I see the system underneath the idea, the product that delivers it, and the channels that get it to the right people.

How I Help

Most entrepreneurs I meet have a clear vision and a real sense of purpose. But when someone asks "what's their product?" the answer is either unclear, or it's a vision so big that they start marketing and building content before the product exists.

The result: a strong vision and an audience, but nothing to sell yet. Or something built, but no one to buy it. Others have success, but it runs entirely on them, or it works in one place and they're not sure it'll work anywhere else. Whatever the shape of it, the personal energy spent is enormous, with no tangible product to show for it.

I built the 101 Framework® to move clients from an undefined idea to a defined, market-ready product.

As a systems engineer I zoom out to find the system around the idea, across product, channels, and customer experience, and zoom back in to engineer a clear path to a market-ready MVP. Clarity before cost.

Is that a conversation you would like to have?

Test how ready your idea is to launch

You know your product better than anyone. The stage it's actually at is harder to see from the inside.

42% of startups fail not because the idea was bad, but because nobody validated the demand before building it. That's not bad luck, it's a discovery problem.

Most entrepreneurs don't have a product-market fit problem. They have an undefined product they're marketing as one.

Answer a few questions and find out where your idea really stands. Takes five minutes. No pitch at the end, just clarity.

My Thoughts

Things I think about product, discovery, and why most ideas never make it to market.
